AP Music Theory 4225 is open to grade 11 and 12 students and takes up 1 slot in each term. Students who have a love of music and would like to know more about how to read and create should register for this course. By the end of the year, you will have completed the first year of University music theory and can receive University credit for successful completion. This is a great course to improve your overall musicianship regardless if you decide to pursue a career in music after high school.
IB Music 3283 and 4282 is a 1 year university level course which focuses on three core competencies- performing, creating, and exploring. In this course you will create music of all styles using traditional and contemporary methods of composition, explore music from all over the world through 4 areas of inquiry and perform music from a variety of styles and genres.
